Technology
All our floors are made from 100% natural oak, handcrafted in multiple stages. We constantly strive to ensure the unique character of our production, and each plank is exceptional. We do this so you can enjoy a unique floor in your home.

Top layer: Solid European oak in a selected grade of wood selection.
Back layer: Multi-layer plywood.
Thanks to the cross-grain structure, plywood minimizes the natural behavior of wood (shrinkage and swelling) caused by changes in humidity and temperature.

Construction
Our floors – both planks and decorative panels – are made with a two-layer construction, which is the modern standard in luxury interior finishing.
Thicknesses
We offer two thickness options, allowing you to tailor your flooring to the technical requirements of your project and the intended intensity of use:15/4 mm option: The total thickness of the plank is 15 mm, including a 4 mm oak wear layer. An ideal compromise for residential interiors.
20/6 mm option: The total thickness is 20 mm with an impressive 6 mm oak layer. A solution with increased durability, suitable for high-traffic areas and luxury residences.
Both variants allow for multiple renovations (sanding) in the future, making them an investment for generations.

Compatibility with Underfloor Heating
Thanks to the use of a stable plywood base, our floors are fully compatible with underfloor heating. The layered construction conducts heat much better than solid boards and has significantly lower thermal resistance. Most importantly, it is resistant to thermal deformation, ensuring safe use year-round.
Finishing Details
At Ertelfloor, we believe that luxury is in the details, which is why every stage of our production is handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail. Our approach allows us to perfectly finish edges, which is crucial for demanding projects, such as the aesthetic and precise joining of wooden floors with tile or stone. This commitment allows us to deliver solutions that combine durability with the highest aesthetics. On request, we enhance our floors with decorative inserts made of materials such as bronze, copper, and natural stone.

Environmentally Friendly
Our modern drying chambers are heated 100% with our own waste wood, ensuring energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production. To protect the environment, we collect sawdust using the most modern filter systems available in Europe. Because our future depends on sustainable forestry, we support the concept of responsible forest management and are certified. Ask about certified forest products from our extensive offering.
